We signed a management agreement with TWH Homes on a property of ours, and although we are all in property, having Tom take over the property management helped greatly given our father couldn’t manage the property anymore and we live out of town. It meant we could keep the asset, receive an income and not have the management to worry about. We certainly recommend Tom for his integrity, professionalism and work ethic and most of all honesty.
