For our tenants: we aim to achieve our mission via the following four values:
1. A nice house
The house itself is safe, smart, quiet, in good order and everything works. In shared houses, common areas will always be clean. The important things are always up to date such as safety certificates for gas, fire & electricals, alarms are tested, insurance and licence paperwork are in place and information is always instantly available when requested.
2. Fast maintenance
If anything breaks, stops working or gets old & worn, we will fix or replace it very quickly, as soon as we're made aware of it. Interestingly, as you will see if you look through our testimonials on Facebook and Google (and on our Tenants page), fixing things quickly is by far the top reason our tenants value us highly.
3. Pleasant housemates
If you're in a shared house, our screening and selection process for your housemates aims for the house to be friendly and harmonious, so you are completely happy with all your housemates
4. Lovely to interact with
The way we act with you when you contact us is both super friendly, super professional, super competent and super understanding. From what our tenants tell us about other landlords and agents, you're lucky to get one of these, and you are often treated like an inferior who doesn't deserve to live in a nice home. We aim to be all four, all of the time, and we will always treat you with respect as you are our customer and you are valued.
For our home owners: we aim to achieve our mission via the following four values:
1. Everything on demand
If you ever need any information, be it photos, certificates, past statements, meter readings, information about your tenants, financial analysis, market rent analysis and so on, we will provide this to you on-demand as fast as possible.
2. Clear & consistent statements
Your monthly statement is your main way of keeping your finger on the pulse of your property, so you can review how your house is doing under our care. This is delivered to you on time (or early), every month. We have never once sent over a statement or transferred your net proceeds even a day late. It is in the same format every month, nicely formatted, no information that isn't useful and everything of note that has happened in your house is explained in detail with photos and screenshots of invoices and receipts.
3. Easy communication
We make it incredibly easy to communicate with us. We've found the easiest way for this is via WhatsApp but we are also always available to chat on the phone. You should never have to wait to speak to us.
4. Reliable discretion
Often the job of property management throws up some challenging situations, and in order for you not to have to worry that they are being handled properly, we aim to use common sense, our experience managing our own properties and good intuition to handle any situation into which we're thrown.
